firm remained in the ownership of the family of the founder, H
G Livingstone and during that time it built up an enviable

sale of the business by the family, the firm continued to

years until 2003, David Rankin identified the potential to
further separately develop the residential and tourism
activities of the business. Today as Livingstone
Realty Limited, David and his team continue the traditions
