David Rankin
As Principal and Director of the firm
David Rankin is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New
Zealand and brings more than 35 years experience in real estate to
the business. David has an extensive background in commercial,
residential and tourism property sales and is retained as adviser to
several international clients in respect to investment in, and
management of major property holdings throughout New Zealand.
David is a
Registered Valuer, an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, a Senior Member of the New Zealand Property Institute and
for many years Chairman of Real Estate Network Limited - a
co-operative company comprising most of the residential real estate
firms active in Christchurch. David also is a licensed
auctioneer.
